Staying here was great for a chill vacation spot. It's quiet, right by a restaurant, and close to the sea 🌊. My room had AC, a TV with lots of channels, and a desk. the bathroom was private.

We spent 1 night in clean a double room with old bed. It had a great sea view balcony. The hotel had indeed a good location to the bus stop in Omisalj.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Riva! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of a charming marina with two beautiful beaches nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a perfect vacation. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the area was peaceful and quiet. Despite a few minor issues with the rooms, such as broken toilet lids and shower cabins in need of repair, the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Villa Riva for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing location and friendly staff.

Location was amazing, right on the water with beautiful surroundings. the staff were really kind and helpful, organizing a taxi for us early in the morning and being accommodating with our late arrival. there were two nice small beaches nearby for swimming, which was a bonus!

The premises were in need of refurbishment - broken toilet lids, shower cabins in bad condition and a smelly room. the bathrooms didn't have any shampoos and the live music from the bar below could be quite loud until midnight, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

villa riva in omisalj was such a pleasant surprise! the staff was beyond helpful and made our stay even better than before. we got all the information we needed and they even organized transport for us. the balcony views were stunning and we loved the peaceful surroundings. can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Villa Riva was well worth the money. The room was fantastic, with a nice view and powerful shower. The location was perfect, right by the marina and beautiful beaches.

Breakfast offerings could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.
